General Questions

  • We are open 10am – 6pm daily from November 24th 2023 until Christmas eve. We close on Sunday 24th December at 5.30pm for the festive period.

  • No you don't need to make a reservation for general admission where you can purchase a Christmas tree, access our coffee shack & visit our Christmas cabin. You will need tickets to visit and feed the reindeer in the all new VIP festive village.

  • Tickets can be purchased through our website by navigating to the Reindeer Experience page.

  • Yes, we have toilets available, but please note that we do not have baby changing facilities.

  • Yes, there is parking available for Christmas tree customers, but spaces are limited. Ticket holders for the Reindeer experience are guaranteed parking. Check out the visiting us page for more details about parking.

  • No, we do not have a café, but we do offer a coffee shack where you can enjoy our famous hot chocolate, other warm beverages, and homemade treats.

  • Anytime, we are open 7 days a week. If you would like to avoid the crowds and have more space, We recommend you visit Monday - Thursday.

  • Although dogs are permitted on the farm via the general admission entrance, they are not allowed in the VIP reindeer experience area which is where you’ll attend with your ticket.

Accessibility Questions

  • Some of the terrain is uneven and gravel. Off road type prams / pushchairs would be suitable.

  • Part of the experience terrain is unsuitable for wheelchairs but we will direct you to a different entrance so your experience can still be enjoyed.

  • Yes, we are a hill farm and there are some steep gradients. You will need to be able bodied to walk the entire attraction as the attraction is spread over approximately 300 meters.

Reindeer Experience Questions

  • Yes, you will need to visit our Reindeer Experience page to acquire a ticket to visit the reindeers, these tickets included exclusive access to the VIP festive village.

  • Tickets can be purchased through the Reindeer Experience page.

  • Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, and date changes are not possible.

  • Yes, this event must be pre-booked. You can book online using the link on the main event page.

  • Unfortunately not, just like all other major ticketed attractions it’s not possible to refund or transfer tickets at short notice. If you can’t make it do see if anyone else is able to take your tickets in your place.

  • Unfortunately, due to high ticket demand we are unable to amend or alter ticket dates or times after purchase. Please ensure you purchase the ticket time you wish to visit.

  • Please email the ticket team directly at info@northhillsfarm.com using your booking reference and they will look into it for you.

  • No, we offer a flat rate for all our customers.

  • Children under 12 months will be able to see and enjoy the whole experience, but the free ticket doesn’t include feeding the reindeer.

  • Yes, each person attending requires a ticket.

  • Try to arrive at least 15 minutes before your event time. If you’re really late you may miss part of the attraction and have less time with the reindeer.

  • Yes, the event will continue in all weather conditions providing it is safe to do so. Please do ensure that everyone has appropriate clothing to keep them cosy on the farm.

  • Yes, as part of the experience you will have the opportunity to offer the reindeer their favourite food. As the reindeers have many visitors over the festive season we cannot guarantee they will take food from everybody.
