What’s included in your experience…
Step into the festive magic of North Hills Farm, where you will be immediately transported to our mini lapland with our 90 minute exclusive reindeer experience, where you will have a ring side interaction with our beautiful reindeer herd. Get close enough to touch with the help of our trained keepers. Have magical farm moments in the amazing christmas tree maze with traditional games for all ages and bounce the day away on the covered bouncy castle.

Meeting the Reindeer
Meet our beautiful reindeer up close, learn more about the herd from their keepers and, where suitable, enjoy the chance to gently feed them.
Christmas Tree Maze
Enter the amazing christmas tree maze, great fun for all the family, search for the hidden elves and try to solve the christmas puzzle and games for all ages.
Bouncy Castle
Let the children burn off some festive energy on our covered bouncy castle, one of the most popular family activities in the Festive Village.
Gingerbread House
Warm up with hot chocolate and festive treats, available to purchase from our Gingerbread House and Coffee Shack, while enjoying the atmosphere.
Festive Village
Toast marshmallows available to purchase, write a letter to Santa and discover plenty of festive photo opportunities together along the way.
Reserved Parking
Your experience includes reserved parking, making arrival simple before checking in with our friendly team and beginning your Christmas adventure.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your experience.
Inclusions: Your ticket covers all attractions on the farm with entrance via your wristband.
Exclusions: Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 months can attend this event with a paying adult free of charge but must be in a baby carrier not a pram / pushchair.
Refunds & Rescheduling: No refunds or rescheduling, but you can resell or gift tickets.
Parking Allocation: Parking for the Exclusive Reindeer Experience is guaranteed for one vehicle per 5 tickets. Please see our visitor parking page or your booking confirmation to ensure you arrive at the correct entrance.
Accessibility: The terrain on site may pose challenges for wheelchair users. Please contact us for more information and to arrange designated disabled parking.
Clothing: Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing, including wellies or sturdy boots and gloves. We recommend avoiding your best attire, as things can get a bit messy!
Weather Conditions: Being a hill farm, we are exposed to the elements, and the weather can be unpredictable. The experience will go ahead in all but extreme weather conditions.

Reindeer Meet & Greet 2026.
Our Meet & Greet is a shorter visit dedicated to the reindeer. Learn about the herd and, when suitable, enjoy a gentle hand-feed — feeding isn’t guaranteed, but always special. Weekday sessions are quieter, perfect for little ones.

Discover the festive magic of North Hills Farm with our 30-minute Reindeer Meet & Greet. Get close to our beautiful herd, in our Scandinavian style reindeer ranch which is full of traditional sparkle, decorated Christmas trees where our keepers will guide you through a most memorable Christmas moment. Learn all about a day in the life of our reindeer herd, the highest in North Wales.

Gain fascinating insights into reindeer life from keepers, who share stories and knowledge to make the encounter truly memorable.
Velvet Noses
Get nose to nose with our reindeer and, with help from their keepers, possibly enjoy a gentle feed. A magical Christmas moment. (Feeding not guaranteed.)
